Privacy policy
Updated 26 October 2026
1. Controller and contact
The controller of data received through Pixmen enquiries is Ramiz Khudaverdiev, a self-employed professional based in Oviedo, Asturias, Spain. Contact: info@pixmen.eu. This policy covers pixmen.eu and its Spanish and English versions.
2. Information processed
If you email us, your name, email address, message and details you voluntarily provide to discuss a project are processed. Do not send passwords, copies of identity documents or unnecessary information about other clients.
Hosting may record technical request information such as IP address, time, requested page, browser and errors to operate and secure the site. This version integrates no web analytics, advertising pixels or telecom tracking tools.
3. How contact works
The contact fields prepare a message in your browser. “Prepare an email” opens your email application through mailto; it does not submit a form to the Pixmen server. You review the message and send it through your email provider. The website maintains no separate database of form enquiries.
4. Purposes and legal bases
Information is used to answer enquiries, assess project needs, prepare proposals and, where appropriate, enter into and perform a contract. Precontractual steps requested by the person and performance of a contract rely on GDPR Article 6(1)(b). Legitimate interests in site security and availability support necessary technical processing; legal obligations are met on the applicable ground.
Separate consent is requested where required. Visiting the site is not consent to advertising or publication of your data. No advertising profiling or automated decisions with legal effects are carried out.
5. Retention
Enquiries that do not result in a contract are kept for no longer than 90 days after the last substantive communication unless another justified legal ground applies. Contractual and legally required records are kept for the applicable periods, then deleted or restricted where required. Technical log retention depends on hosting settings and terms.
6. Recipients and service providers
Access is limited to the controller and those needed to handle the enquiry. Email and hosting providers take part in technical delivery and site operation. Data is not sold or automatically forwarded to telecom operators or advertising platforms. Information may be supplied to authorities where legally required.
Providers process data according to their contracts and service locations. Any international transfer subject to GDPR must have the safeguards required by Chapter V; this policy does not assume that every service is hosted in the EU. Your email application and external websites have their own policies.
7. Your rights
Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw earlier consent without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Email info@pixmen.eu with the subject “Data protection” and explain your request. Proportionate identity verification may be requested.
You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es). Requests are handled within GDPR procedures and deadlines.
8. Updates
The current policy is published at pixmen.eu and reviewed when forms, providers or technologies change. Contact: info@pixmen.eu.
